Three Dead in Two Hours from Separate Road Accidents

Three people were killed in separate road accidents across Israel within a two-hour period on Tuesday. In northern Tel Aviv, a cyclist, approximately 50 years old, died after being struck by a vehicle. Police are investigating the incident, which occurred near Yonitzman Street. Authorities suspect the driver, a 24-year-old resident of the Palestinian territories, had stolen the car and was driving it when he hit the cyclist. The cyclist sustained critical injuries and was later pronounced dead at the hospital. Police arrested the suspect, reportedly finding tools used for car theft, including an ignition computer, hammer, and breaking implements, in the stolen vehicle.

Approximately two hours later, two men, both around 30 years old, were killed in a collision between two private vehicles on Highway 310 in the eastern Negev desert. Emergency medical responders described the scene as "horrific," with severe damage to the vehicles, one of which was on a median barrier. The two men were found unconscious with no pulse or breathing and pronounced dead at the scene.
