Car Thief Kills Cyclist in Herzliya Hit-and-Run

A 24-year-old Palestinian from the Nablus area, who was in Israel illegally, fatally struck a cyclist in Herzliya on September 17th. The incident occurred on Ariel Sharon Street when the suspect, driving a stolen vehicle, overturned his car and hit the cyclist, a man in his 50s. The victim sustained critical injuries and was transported to Ichilov Hospital in Tel Aviv, where he was pronounced dead. Police are continuing their investigation into the incident.
