Israel Weather Forecast: Hot and Mostly Clear Through Wednesday
Israel's Meteorological Service forecasts hot and mostly clear conditions for Thursday, September 17th, with temperatures slightly above the seasonal average. Morning fog is expected in some areas. Highs will reach 32°C in Jerusalem, 31°C in Tel Aviv and Haifa, 41°C in Eilat, and 37°C in Beersheba. The Dead Sea coast will see highs of 38°C, while Tiberias and the Kinneret coast will experience up to 38°C. The Golan Heights will reach 36°C. Sea temperatures on the Mediterranean coast will be around 30°C with waves of 20-60 cm. Light northwesterly winds are expected along the coast and in Eilat Bay, with stronger winds up to 30 km/h near the Kinneret.
Looking ahead, a temperature drop is anticipated for Friday, with some areas expecting rain. Saturday will also see cooler temperatures. Conditions will warm up again on Sunday, followed by a slight decrease in temperature from Monday to Wednesday.
