IDF Eliminates Palestinian Islamic Jihad Rocket Unit Leader Responsible for October 7th Attack
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) conducted an airstrike in Khan Yunis last weekend, eliminating Mohsen Farid Said Abu Hadaf, identified as the head of a rocket unit within the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) terrorist organization. Abu Hadaf had participated in the October 7th attack on the Kissufim area.
According to the IDF, Abu Hadaf had recently been advancing terror plans against IDF forces and Israeli civilians, systematically violating the ceasefire. The strike was carried out to neutralize an immediate threat. The military stated that measures were taken to minimize civilian casualties prior to the attack.
