Man Dies, Woman Injured in Two-Car Crash Near Rekhasim

A man in his 30s was killed and a woman in her 40s sustained moderate injuries in a severe two-vehicle collision on Highway 762 near Rekhasim on Tuesday evening. Emergency medical responder Avi Boyar described the scene as a very difficult car accident where two vehicles collided head-on. The woman, trapped in one of the vehicles, was found to be in moderate condition with injuries to her abdomen and lower limbs. In the second vehicle, the man, who suffered severe trauma, was pronounced dead at the scene after medical examinations revealed he had no signs of life.
