Two Men Die and Woman Injured in Severe Car Crash Near Beit Shemesh
A serious car accident occurred around 2:00 AM on Road 383 near the moshav Zekharia, close to Beit Shemesh, resulting in the deaths of two men aged approximately 30 and 40. Both men were involved in a collision between two vehicles. Emergency responders from the Beit Shemesh fire stations arrived at the scene and extracted one victim trapped inside a vehicle, who was found deceased upon rescue.
United Hatzalah paramedics Moishy Siruka, Mordechai David Goldman, and Dudi Wertheimer reported performing resuscitation attempts on the two young men, but both succumbed to their severe injuries at the scene. Additionally, a 35-year-old woman sustained moderate injuries and was transported to the hospital for further treatment. The incident remains under investigation as authorities continue to assess the circumstances surrounding the crash.
