Two Dead, Two Injured in Severe Highway Collision in Northern Israel

A serious car accident occurred on Highway 675 near Gid'ona in northern Israel on Wednesday evening, resulting in two fatalities and two serious injuries. The collision involved two private vehicles.

Emergency medical services, including Magen David Adom (MDA) paramedics, arrived at the scene at approximately 9:07 PM. They found two men, estimated to be in their 30s and 40s, with severe, multi-system trauma and no signs of life. The paramedics pronounced both men dead at the scene.

In addition to the fatalities, MDA teams provided medical treatment to a man in his 30s who sustained serious injuries. He was transported by ambulance to HaEmek Medical Center. A 37-year-old woman in the second vehicle also suffered serious injuries and was taken to the hospital by a mobile intensive care unit.

Paramedics described the scene as a "very severe traffic accident." They reported finding three injured individuals in one vehicle, two of whom were unconscious, without pulse or respiration, and with significant bodily trauma. After medical examinations, they were declared deceased. The third person in that vehicle was conscious and in serious condition.
