Missing Haifa Youth Found Dead After Three-Day Search
Police announced on Saturday the discovery of the body of a 22-year-old Haifa resident who had been missing for three days. Extensive search operations were conducted in the Students' Beach area of the city.
A large contingent of police and various rescue forces participated in the search, employing drones, a police helicopter, boats, jet skis, horses, and all-terrain vehicles. The search involved intensive combing from the air, along the coastline, and in the water, operating around the clock.
Participating units included police officers, volunteers from the Coastal District, Border Police fighters, the Air Unit, the Maritime Police, mounted units, police dogs, the Navy, the "Lahav" unit of the Fire and Rescue Services, rescue teams, the Haifa Municipality, the Rescue Union, volunteers, marine rescue crews, and Magen David Adom.
The police expressed gratitude to all forces, units, and volunteers involved in the search efforts and extended condolences to the young man's family.
