Colombian Midfielder Alexis Serna Arrives in Israel to Sign with Beitar Jerusalem
Colombian central midfielder Alexis Serna arrived in Israel on Tuesday morning to finalize a contract with the football club Beitar Jerusalem. According to reports from ONE, the terms of the agreement were settled several days prior to his arrival. Serna joins Beitar from the Colombian team Independiente Medellín. The transfer fee for the player is reported to be 600,000 euros. Upon arrival, Serna experienced a four-hour delay at the airport due to baggage issues. Before officially signing, he is scheduled to undergo a medical examination. Previously, Serna played for Colombian clubs Universidad Popayán, Alianza, and Deportivo Quindío.
