Apple's latest iPhone 18 series has launched in Israel with unprecedented pricing, with entry-level models starting around 5,400 shekels and top-tier versions exceeding 12,000 shekels. The price map revealed by retailers iStore and Pelephone shows significant differences between the chains, making the new flagship series one of the most expensive ever introduced in the Israeli market.

The price range for the iPhone 18 series in Israel begins at a uniform entry point of 5,399 shekels for the 256GB Pro model at both major retailers. However, considerable gaps emerge at the higher end. iStore's most expensive model is the 2TB Pro Max at 10,999 shekels, while Pelephone prices its standard top-tier model at 9,999 shekels.

The "iPhone Duo" model, exclusively priced by Pelephone so far, sets a new benchmark, reaching 12,199 shekels for the 2TB version. This model starts at 8,199 shekels for 256GB, rises to 8,799 shekels for 512GB, and hits 9,999 shekels for 1TB. The highest price point approaches the average monthly salary in Israel.

For the first time, iStore will launch the new iPhone series in Israel concurrently with the global release. Pre-orders for the Pro and Pro Max models begin on Friday, September 12th, at 3:00 PM, with devices available in stores on Friday, September 18th, starting at 8:00 AM.
