Israeli Settler Found After Disappearing in Palestinian Village

An Israeli settler, aged 53, who entered a Palestinian village in the northern West Bank on Wednesday evening and subsequently disappeared, was found alive and in good health on Thursday. The settler, a resident of the Ariel settlement, was discovered in the Qalqilya area after extensive search operations involving the Israeli police, Shin Bet security agency, prison service, and the military.

Israeli security forces had announced the settler missing earlier on Thursday. He was last seen entering the Palestinian village voluntarily around 6 p.m. on Wednesday. Security agencies declined to name the village to prevent other settlers from entering it and potentially causing further incidents.
