Israeli Security Agencies Seek Public Help Locating Missing Ariel Resident
Israel's police, Shin Bet security agency, prison service, and IDF have issued an unusual joint appeal to the public for assistance in finding Yativ Sardal, a 53-year-old resident of Ariel. Sardal was last seen on Tuesday in the vicinity of Ariel.
According to the security agencies' description, Sardal is approximately 1.78 meters tall, with black hair, dark brown eyes, and a thin to medium build. He was last seen wearing black shorts, a black shirt, and white flip-flops. He was reportedly alone.
The joint statement indicated that overnight, a report was received about an individual who entered a Palestinian village in the Samaria region voluntarily. The agencies stated that fears of an abduction have been ruled out.
Authorities are urging anyone with information regarding Sardal's whereabouts to contact the Ariel police station at 037729444 or the national police hotline at 100.
