IDF Kills Palestinian Attacker in West Bank Village Operation

During a counter-terrorism operation in the West Bank on Tuesday night, Israeli forces killed a Palestinian man in the village of Aqrabah, near Nablus. The operation, led by the Shin Bet security agency and involving the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and Border Police, targeted several villages in the Samaria region. Soldiers arrived at a building in Aqrabah to question a suspect linked to a terrorist organization. As they approached, the suspect threw a Molotov cocktail and an improvised explosive device at the soldiers, who were unharmed. Forces then surrounded the building, entered, and the suspect attacked them with a knife, resulting in his death. The operation also led to the arrest of four wanted individuals, including three involved in arms dealing and one planning an imminent attack. During searches, soldiers questioned approximately 60 individuals and seized ammunition, a rocket-propelled grenade launcher, and other military equipment.
