Israeli Forces Hunt Palestinian Attacker After Farm Stabbing in Samaria
An Israeli man, approximately 20 years old, was seriously injured in a stabbing attack on the Ma'oz Yehuda farm near the Arab village of Usarin in Samaria on Monday, September 7, 2026. The attack occurred in the area of responsibility of the Shomron Brigade, south of Shechem. According to Magen David Adom emergency services, the victim sustained multiple stab wounds and is in moderate to severe condition. He is being evacuated by helicopter to a hospital.
Preliminary reports indicate that a Palestinian suspect arrived at the farm by car, exited the vehicle, and attacked the Israeli man with a knife until the blade broke. The assailant then fled the scene in the same vehicle.
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) launched a manhunt for the suspect immediately after the incident. Soldiers were deployed to the area for pursuit, and roadblocks were established at village entrances, with surrounding settlements cordoned off. The IDF is actively searching for the attacker.
