Eyal Golan Tops Radio Airplay Charts for Israeli Music
The Israeli Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ACUM) released its annual report on radio airplay for the Hebrew year 5786 (2025-2026), based on data from its AcumOnAir system monitoring 34 national and regional radio stations.
Eyal Golan's song "Mad'a Bidi'oni" (Science Fiction) secured the top spot as the most played song on Israeli radio. Following closely were "Of Muzzar" (Strange Bird) by Par Tsa'adi at second place and "MICHELLE" by Noam Batan in third.
Par Tsa'adi demonstrated significant popularity, with four of his songs making it into the top ten most played. Other artists featured in the top ten included Osher Cohen, Odia Azulai, Omer Adam, Hanan Ben Ari, and Ben Tzur.
In terms of creators, Avi Ohayon maintained his position as the most played creator for the eighth consecutive year, while Tslil Kalifi was the most played female creator. Among male performers, Eyal Golan led, followed by Omer Adam, the late Arik Einstein, Shlomo Artzi, and Par Tsa'adi. Sarit Hadad remained the most played female artist, with Eden Ben Zaken, Odia Azulai, Agam Buhbut, and Yehudit Ravitz also ranking high.
ACUM CEO Assaf Nahum expressed pride in the continued productivity of Israeli music creation and pledged the organization's ongoing support for artists. ACUM Chairman Yoav Ginai emphasized the organization's commitment to protecting the rights of music creators and publishers in Israel, highlighting ACUM's nine-decade history of strengthening the music industry.
