Netanyahu Warns Iran of Devastating Response to Any Attack

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu issued a stark warning to Iran on Tuesday, stating that if the Islamic Republic attacks Israel, it will face a response beyond its imagination. The remarks were made during a Rosh Hashanah (New Year) toast at a government meeting.

Netanyahu asserted that Israel, in cooperation with the United States, has made significant strides in averting existential threats, including nuclear weapons and ballistic missiles, while also damaging the "Iranian axis." He emphasized Israel's determination to defend itself and strike its enemies, praising the security forces for their operations against militants in Lebanon, Gaza, and the West Bank.

While acknowledging considerable achievements, the Prime Minister noted that tasks remain incomplete. He specifically addressed the Iranian regime, declaring Israel's resolve to see its downfall. "This regime in Iran, its end is near. It is weak, it is fighting for its life, it is faltering," Netanyahu stated, reaffirming Israel's commitment to achieving this objective.
