Netanyahu Warns Iran of Unimaginable Blow if Attacked

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu issued a stern warning to Tehran during a Rosh Hashanah gathering, stating that Iran would "suffer a blow it cannot even imagine" if it makes the mistake of attacking Israel. He further declared that the Iranian regime's "end is near."

Speaking at a government meeting, Netanyahu asserted that Israel is stronger than ever and its enemies are weaker, attributing this to "wise and brave decisions" made by the government, the bravery of soldiers, and the resilience of the people. He highlighted achievements in pushing back existential threats, including "atom bombs and ballistic missiles," and significantly damaging the "Iranian axis," in cooperation with the United States.

Netanyahu directly addressed Iran, emphasizing Israel's determination to defend itself and strike its enemies. He noted that Iran currently refrains from attacking Israel, "and it knows why." However, he cautioned that if Iran errs and attacks, the response would be devastating.

He also extended a warning to Israel's other adversaries, stating, "Don't mess with us." Netanyahu praised the security forces for their ongoing operations, including eliminating terrorists in Lebanon, Gaza, and Judea and Samaria.

Looking ahead, Netanyahu identified the toppling of the Iranian regime as a primary remaining mission, describing the regime as weak and fighting for its survival. He believes completing this task will definitively change the Middle East and the history of the Jewish people, expressing confidence in Israel's determination and capability to achieve it. He concluded by wishing the people of Israel a good new year.
