Netanyahu Warns Iran of Unimaginable Response to Attack

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu issued a stern warning to Iran during a Rosh Hashanah (Jewish New Year) gathering, stating that the Iranian regime is on its last legs and cannot fathom Israel's response should it launch an attack. Speaking at a special government toast for the upcoming holiday, Netanyahu praised the achievements of Israeli soldiers and security forces, particularly highlighting successes against Iran.

"Israel is stronger than ever, our enemies are weaker than ever," Netanyahu declared. He credited "wise and brave decisions" made by his government, the bravery of soldiers, and the resilience of the public for these achievements. He also noted that, in cooperation with the United States, Israel has significantly pushed back existential threats, including nuclear bombs and ballistic missiles, and has "severely struck the Iranian axis."

Netanyahu emphasized that Iran has so far avoided escalating conflict with Israel, but warned of severe consequences if they were to make the mistake of attacking. "We are determined to defend ourselves, we are determined to strike our enemies. They are not attacking us. Iran is refraining from that, and it knows why. Of course, it can err and make the mistake and attack us. It will absorb a blow it cannot even imagine," he stated.

He further praised IDF soldiers for their ongoing operations, including eliminating terrorists in Lebanon, Gaza, and Judea and Samaria. The Prime Minister expressed hope for the imminent downfall of the Iranian regime, describing it as weak and fighting for survival. "This regime in Iran, its end is near. It is weak, it is fighting for its life, it is faltering. And there is another mission to complete, which we are determined to bring about. This will definitively change the face of the Middle East and the history of our people," he said, expressing confidence in Israel's ability to achieve this goal.
