Israel is set to experience a return of summer heat this week, following a brief respite. Gradual warming is expected across the country, leading to increased heat stress levels that will be higher than usual for this time of year.
On Sunday, the weather will be partly cloudy to clear with a slight drop in temperatures, particularly in mountainous and inland areas. Light drizzle is possible in the morning in northern and central regions. The night will be partly cloudy.
Starting Monday, temperatures will begin to rise slightly, especially in the mountains and inland, becoming a bit higher than the seasonal average. Heat stress will intensify in most parts of the country. This warming trend will continue on Tuesday, with temperatures climbing further and remaining above average, accompanied by significant heat stress.
