Police Seize Nearly 50 Kilograms of Cannabis and Hundreds of Plants in Hadera Apartment
Israeli police announced the seizure of approximately 46 kilograms of suspected cannabis, along with 327 cannabis plants and cultivation equipment, during a raid on a residential apartment in the Givat Olga area of Hadera. The operation was conducted by officers from the Hadera police station as part of an effort to combat drug cultivation and trafficking.
During the search, officers discovered about 45.7 kilograms of the suspected drug and the plants, along with equipment believed to be used for cannabis cultivation. Three suspects were arrested in connection with the discovery.
In a related search of one suspect's home, police found approximately 500 grams of suspected cannabis, which they believe was packaged for distribution. The suspects and the seized items were taken to the police station for further investigation.
The Israeli police stated they will continue their efforts against drug cultivation and trafficking to curb their spread and maintain public safety.
