Uri Dahan Moves from Beitar Jerusalem to Bnei Sakhnin
Beitar Jerusalem has confirmed that defender Uri Dahan will transfer to Bnei Sakhnin, ending his four-year tenure with the Jerusalem club. Dahan, 26, who has seen limited playing time in recent years, will join the squad managed by Yossi Abuksis.
Dahan's move comes after he initially joined Beitar Jerusalem on loan from Maccabi Haifa in the summer of 2022. He played two seasons on loan before signing permanently with Beitar in the summer of 2024. In total, he made 97 league appearances for Beitar, scoring three goals and providing one assist.
His transfer is expected to bolster Sakhnin's defense, particularly following the season-ending injury to their defender Dimitri Kabbara. Dahan could potentially make his debut against his former club, Beitar Jerusalem, in an upcoming match at Doha Stadium next Monday.
