October 7th Families' National Memorial Ceremony to Be Hosted by Hostage Survivor and Actress
The "Komo" movement announced that Eli Sharabi, a survivor of the October 7th Hamas attack and captivity, and actress Shani Cohen will co-host this year's National Memorial Ceremony for the families of those affected by the October 7th events. The ceremony is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, October 7th, at Yarkon Park in Tel Aviv. The exact start time and a list of performing artists will be announced soon.
Eli Sharabi expressed his feelings about the role, stating, "I am very excited to host the National Memorial Ceremony this year. I am fulfilling what I promised my wife Lian, my daughters Noa and Yahel, and my brother Yossi, may their memory be blessed, that they will never be forgotten and what happened to them, and to us. This terrible day must not pass without a national, central, and significant ceremony."
The ceremony aims to commemorate the victims and ensure the events of October 7th are remembered.
