A 48-year-old woman was seriously injured after being bitten by a snake in Rishon LeZion on Wednesday. Emergency medical teams provided initial treatment at the scene before transporting her to Shamir Medical Center (Assaf Harofeh) in a serious but stable condition. The bite affected her lower limbs, and paramedic Tehila Cohen from Magen David Adom (MDA) reported that the woman was conscious when found and received medication during the ambulance transfer. The incident occurred while the woman was working, and she was evacuated by MDA's intensive care ambulance for further hospital care.
