Ofer Winter's New Party Wins 6 Seats, Weakening Religious Zionism and Likud

A new poll conducted by Lazar Research Institute and published on Walla reveals that the recently launched party "Amcha Yisrael," led by Ofer Winter, would secure six Knesset seats if elections were held today. This emergence primarily draws support away from Likud and the Religious Zionist Party, the latter falling below the electoral threshold with only 2.6% of the vote.

The poll results show the "Yashar!" party leading with 25 seats, followed by Likud with 21, and the "Together" alliance of Naftali Bennett and Yair Lapid with 15 seats. Other parties include the Democrats with 10 seats, Yisrael Beiteinu with 9, Otzma Yehudit with 8, Shas and United Torah Judaism each with 7, the Joint List with 7, "Amcha Yisrael" with 6, and Ra'am with 5.

Several other parties fail to cross the electoral threshold, including the Religious Zionist Party led by Bezalel Smotrich, which drops below the cutoff. Additional parties such as "Beit Tzionim HaMiluimnikim" led by Hili Tropper, the Economic Party led by Prof. Yaron Zelekha, Blue and White, "Israel First" led by Sharren Haskel, and "HaAchdut" led by Gilad Erdan also fall short.

The rise of Winter's party reduces the right-wing bloc to 49 seats, compared to 59 seats for the anti-Netanyahu bloc, indicating a significant shift in the political landscape following the new party's formation.
