Northern Man Indicted for Assaulting and Throwing 7-Year-Old Nephew into Trash Bin

The Northern District Prosecutor's Office has filed charges against a 43-year-old man from northern Israel for assaulting his seven-year-old nephew and throwing him into a trash bin. The accused lived with his sister and her son. According to the indictment, about two weeks ago, during an argument, the man took the child to the yard and repeatedly kicked him in the upper body while the boy was lying on the ground. He then lifted the child and threw him into a garbage container. The boy was taken for medical treatment with multiple injuries on his body.
