Israeli Singer Shuli Rand Officially Divorces Michal After Public Dispute

Israeli singer Shuli Rand has publicly addressed his divorce from his first wife, Michal Rand, confirming that the separation was amicable despite previous ups and downs. On Tuesday, Rand shared a smiling photo on Instagram, stating that the divorce was finalized "with God's grace and at a good hour," and that Michal accepted the divorce respectfully and willingly. He emphasized that truth and peace prevailed between them.

Michal Rand also spoke about the divorce in a nearly seven-minute Facebook live video, expressing mixed emotions and reflecting on nearly 40 years together. She wished peace for their household and said she did everything possible to keep their family intact.

The couple's public conflict intensified after Rand remarried media personality Tzofit Grant while still legally married to Michal, following a special rabbinical permit. Michal accused Rand of neglecting their children emotionally and financially, claims that Grant has strongly denied. In a recent podcast, Grant defended Rand as a devoted father who maintains good relations with his children and described his difficult financial situation before their relationship.

Grant also acknowledged the public's sympathy for Michal but dismissed the allegations against Rand as baseless. With the divorce now official, Shuli and Michal Rand are moving forward separately after years of public disputes and accusations.
