Shuli and Michal Rand Officially Finalize Divorce After Lengthy Dispute

The prolonged and highly publicized divorce between Israeli singer Shuli Rand and his first wife, Michal Rand, officially concluded on Tuesday. The couple completed the formal divorce process at the rabbinical court, as reported by journalist Liora Goldenberg-Stern. Shuli and Michal had been married for many years and share seven children. Throughout their separation, Michal accused Shuli of neglecting his children and alleged he was violent towards her. Conversely, Shuli claimed in past interviews that he was the victim of physical, emotional, and financial abuse by Michal. After Michal initially refused to accept the rabbinical court's ruling on their divorce, Shuli received a special permit from 100 rabbis allowing him to marry his new partner, singer Tzofit Grant. The couple's relationship was first revealed by Walla Celebs, and they married in a private ceremony on November 9, 2021, at Derech Eretz Farm in the Jerusalem hills, attended only by close family and friends.
