Yosef Haddad Steps Down as CEO of Arab-Jewish NGO Ahead of Joining Ofer Winter’s New Party

Yosef Haddad, a prominent Arab-Israeli public advocate, announced his resignation as CEO of the NGO "Together, Arabs for Each Other," which he founded over eight years ago. Haddad made the announcement on Sunday, describing his departure as "with a heavy but full heart" and expressing his intention to pursue "new goals." The NGO has focused on promoting Israeli-Arab integration and partnership, amplifying an alternative Arab voice that embraces both Arab and Israeli identities. Haddad highlighted the organization's activities, including international advocacy delegations, pro-Israel demonstrations in global capitals, campus engagement, and initiatives within Arab society such as Holocaust education in Arabic and trips to Poland.

Haddad confirmed that Lorina Hatib, a longtime partner in the organization, will succeed him as CEO. He expressed confidence that the NGO will continue to grow and lead important social change. This leadership change coincides with reports that Haddad is in talks to join the new political party being launched by retired Major General Ofer Winter. Winter’s party, set to be unveiled on Tuesday, aims to run independently in the upcoming elections and has reportedly reached out to figures including Haddad and Leli Deri to join its ranks.
