Israeli Health Ministry Warns Against Consuming Njoy and Joicy Drinks Over Health Risks

The Israeli Ministry of Health has issued a serious warning to the public against consuming a range of beverages and juices from the Njoy and Joicy brands. This follows an inspection at a factory in Tira, which was found operating without a production license and under extremely poor sanitary conditions that could endanger public health. The inspection was conducted by food inspectors from the Central District Food Service in cooperation with the Israel Police.

The warning specifically concerns several Njoy brand drinks, including grape, apple, mango, lemon-mint, grapefruit soda, orange soda, and strawberry-banana soda flavors. The manufacturer listed on these products is MG, and they are distributed by Daas Group. The Ministry emphasized its ongoing commitment to identifying and preventing the production and marketing of food and beverages that violate Israeli laws and standards.

Authorities stated that any violations of legal and regulatory requirements will be met with all available enforcement measures in coordination with relevant agencies.
