Northern Israeli Lawyer Arrested for Possession of Hard Drugs
About a week ago, police from the Haifa District launched an operation leading to the arrest of a lawyer from the Krayot area in northern Israel. During a raid on an apartment in the Krayot, authorities seized substances suspected to be hard drugs, specifically crystal meth. The lawyer was taken for intensive interrogation at the Zevulun police station and subsequently detained. His detention was extended multiple times by court orders to accommodate the ongoing investigation. Recently, the court ordered his release under house arrest conditions. The investigation is still ongoing, and the police intend to file formal charges against him once it concludes.
