Yossi Dagan's Team Endorses Candidates Supporting West Bank Settlement in Likud Primaries

On the eve of the Likud party primaries, the group "My Likud," led by Samaria Regional Council head Yossi Dagan alongside Yoni HaIsraeli and Yaakov Weinberger, released its recommended candidate list for about 8,000 party members. The group, which identifies as the largest settlement faction within Likud, aims to leverage its influence to promote candidates who support settlement expansion and the application of Israeli sovereignty in Judea and Samaria (the West Bank).

The leaders highlighted their past achievements, including blocking dangerous initiatives, advancing bypass road projects in the West Bank, breaking political freezes, establishing new settlements, and overturning the disengagement law. Ahead of the vote, they emphasized their goal to ensure a strong, ideological team in the next Knesset that will faithfully represent their interests and fight for settlement growth and sovereignty implementation.

Candidate selection was based on consistent activity during their terms rather than campaign efforts, focusing on loyalty to the Land of Israel during crises, joint struggle in critical moments, and practical fieldwork. The group categorized candidates into "highest support" and "significant support" tiers. The "highest support" list includes Amir Ohana, Ze'ev Elkin, Boaz Bismuth, Amit Halevi, Miki Zohar, Yariv Levin, Idit Silman, Eti Chava Atiya, Yoav Kish, Ariel Kallner, Miri Regev, Keti Shitrit, and Amichai Shikli. The "significant support" category features Eli Cohen, Gila Gamliel, Hanokh Milvitsky, and Shlomo Karhi.

To distribute voting power effectively, "My Likud" prepared several different lists, each with exactly 12 candidates, and each of the 8,000 members will receive a personalized list from coordinators or call centers. The group urged members to vote strictly according to their assigned list, stating, "Please vote exactly according to the list you received; this is what gives us power!"
