Massive Fight Erupts at Yamit 2000 Water Park in Holon, Two Guards Injured and 12 Arrested

A large-scale violent altercation broke out on Saturday afternoon at the Yamit 2000 water park in Holon. The incident began around 3:00 PM after staff asked visitors to lower their music volume, which quickly escalated into a chaotic brawl involving the throwing of chairs and other objects. Two security guards sustained minor injuries and were treated medically.

Police from the Holon station and the Tel Aviv district promptly arrived at the scene, restored order, and arrested 12 suspects, all residents of southern Israel. The entire water park was subsequently closed to visitors following the disturbance. The arrested individuals were taken for questioning at the Holon police station. Authorities indicated that the cause of the incident was criminal in nature.

Video footage shared online by Daniel Amram captured the crowd at the pool as the situation spiraled out of control. The police emphasized their swift response to contain the violence and ensure public safety at the site.

The water park remains closed as investigations continue, with police focusing on the criminal background of the event and the involvement of the detainees.
