Israeli Election Committee Orders Removal of Netanyahu Campaign Video Featuring Children

Noam Solberg, chairman of Israel's Central Elections Committee, issued an interim order to remove a campaign video distributed by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that included children and infants. The video was filmed at the Malha Mall in Jerusalem, where Netanyahu appeared to receive support from passersby. However, all participants in the video were seen wearing black paper bracelets, suggesting they were pre-selected. The Central Elections Committee ruled that the video violated the prohibition against involving children in election propaganda, as stipulated in Section 2C of the Elections Law.
