Three Minors Indicted in Beersheba for Forcing Peers into Sexual Acts Under Knife Threats

The Southern District Prosecutor's Office filed a serious indictment on Sunday against three minors aged 13 to 14 from Beersheba. They are accused of threatening two other minors with a kitchen knife and forcing them to perform sexual acts on each other while recording the abuse. The incident occurred at night in a city park, where the accused, reportedly drinking alcohol, confronted the victims on a bench.

According to the indictment submitted by Attorney Shirael Farjon, the main defendant coerced the victims over approximately two hours, repeatedly threatening one with a knife pressed to his neck. The accused also physically assaulted the victims and deleted apps from one victim's phone to hinder tracking. Despite the victims' repeated pleas to stop, the abuse and filming continued until one victim's mother called him, prompting the main defendant to instruct him to lie about his whereabouts.

After the ordeal, the defendants returned the victims' phones and clothes, threatened them not to disclose the incident under threat of harm to their families, and fled. The victims reported the event to their families, visibly shaken. The prosecution highlighted the main defendant's exploitation of the victims' fear to humiliate and degrade them, describing his actions as indicative of severe cognitive distortions.

Charges include aggravated rape, aggravated indecent acts, extortion by threats, and obstruction of justice. The main defendant faces additional charges for committing offenses while under house arrest. The prosecution requested detention until the end of proceedings for the main defendant and extended restrictive conditions for the others.
