Three Beersheba Teens Charged with Forcing Minors into Sexual Acts Under Threat

A shocking indictment was filed against three teenagers from Beersheba for threatening two minors with a knife and coercing them into performing sexual acts on each other while filming the abuse. The incident reportedly took place at night in a city park, where the victims, aged 14 and 15, were confronted by the suspects who were drinking alcohol and armed with a kitchen knife.

According to the indictment, the main suspect called the victims over and subjected them to about two hours of severe abuse, including threats, physical violence, and sexual assault. The main suspect pressed the knife to one victim's neck, while another suspect physically assaulted the victims. The suspects also deleted apps from one victim's phone to hinder tracking and mocked the victims during the ordeal. Despite the victims' repeated pleas to stop, the abuse continued.

After the assault, the suspects forced one victim to lie to his mother about his whereabouts, returned the victims' phones and clothes, and threatened harm to their families if they reported the crime. The victims fled home terrified and reported the incident. The main suspect committed the offenses while under house arrest.

The prosecution charged the suspects with aggravated rape, aggravated indecent acts, extortion by threats, and obstruction of justice. The main suspect faces additional charges for violating house arrest. The prosecution requested the main suspect's detention until the end of proceedings and sought to extend restrictions on the other suspects. Attorney Shirael Fargun from the prosecution emphasized the main suspect exploited the victims' fear to humiliate and degrade them, demonstrating severe cognitive distortions.
