Three Teenagers in Beersheba Charged with Forcing Peers into Sexual Acts and Filming Them

Three boys aged 13 to 14 from Beersheba have been charged with coercing two other teenagers, aged 14 and 15, to perform sexual acts on each other while recording the incidents. The indictment, submitted to the Beersheba Juvenile District Court, details that the victims were threatened and abused over approximately two hours during a nighttime encounter in a city park.

According to the indictment filed by Attorney Shirael Farjon of the Southern District Prosecutor's Office, the accused were drinking alcohol and armed with a kitchen knife when they confronted the victims. The main suspect threatened the victims with the knife, pressing it to one victim’s neck multiple times, and forced them to comply with the sexual acts. One of the accused also physically assaulted the victims. The main suspect additionally deleted apps from one victim’s phone to hinder tracking.

Throughout the ordeal, the perpetrators filmed the abuse and mocked the victims, who repeatedly pleaded for the acts and recordings to stop. The main suspect instructed one victim to lie to his mother about his whereabouts after she called him. After the abuse, the accused returned the victims’ phones and clothes, threatened harm to their families if they reported the incident, and fled.

The victims, terrified and shaken, went home and reported the crime. The prosecution requested the main suspect’s detention be extended, citing his exploitation of the victims’ fear to humiliate and degrade them. The charges include aggravated rape, indecent acts, extortion by threats, and obstruction of justice, with the main suspect also accused of violating house arrest conditions by committing the offenses during detention. The other two suspects face restrictions pending further proceedings.
