Temperatures Slightly Drop After Heatwave, Heavy Heat Persists Across Israel

A slight decrease in temperatures is expected across Israel following a recent heatwave, though conditions will remain hotter than usual, especially in the mountainous regions and inland areas. Coastal areas will experience cooler weather. Despite the easing of the heatwave, heavy to extreme heat stress will continue to affect all parts of the country. Winds are forecast to strengthen from midday, particularly in the mountains and inland regions. Nighttime conditions will be clear to partly cloudy.
