Israeli Police Seek Public Help to Find Suspect in Jerusalem Airbnb Murder

Israeli police have issued an unusual public appeal to help locate 17-year-old Avivor Sasson, who is suspected of involvement in the murder of Benyahu Razi in an Airbnb apartment in Jerusalem's Nahalat neighborhood about two weeks ago. Sasson was reportedly seen fleeing the crime scene wearing a white shirt and black pants. Meanwhile, a court extended the detention of three other suspects by seven days, including 19-year-old soldier Agam Tzarfati, considered the main suspect by investigators. Authorities are exploring the possibility that the murder was a premeditated act. Investigations focus on clarifying Tzarfati's exact role in the events leading to Razi's death. Police are also examining claims that Tzarfati contacted individuals with criminal backgrounds after alleging violence by Razi against her, before arriving at the scene. Police noted that the attackers confronted the victim's girlfriend and her friend while armed with knives, clubs, and a hammer.
