Israeli Police Name Suspect in Benyahu Razi Murder, Seek Public Help to Locate Him

Israeli police have publicly identified 17-year-old Abiyor Sasson from Jerusalem as a suspect in the murder of Benyahu Razi, which took place in the Nahalat neighborhood of Jerusalem. Authorities released his description, noting he fled the crime scene wearing a white shirt and black pants, standing 1.70 meters tall with dark eyes and short black hair. The police have appealed to the public for assistance in locating Sasson for questioning, warning that aiding him could result in up to three years in prison.

Recent developments in the investigation include the questioning of Shilat Huta's sister, suspected of connecting Huta to a criminal figure who allegedly sent a group of minors to attack Razi. The police believe that two young women showed signs of injury to facilitate this plan. Investigators also conducted a confrontation between three suspects: Agam Tzarfati, Shilat Huta, and Linor Sasson, all implicated in the murder. The police intend to request an extension of their detention.

Evidence presented includes a screenshot from a video call during which the murder was broadcast, allegedly filmed by Tzarfati while Huta accompanied the minors to Razi's apartment. Police claim both Tzarfati and Huta were aware of the plan to kill Razi, with Huta actively participating in the event. During a previous detention extension hearing, the police described Huta as having taken an active role in the murder.

The investigation continues as authorities seek to apprehend Sasson and further clarify the roles of the involved suspects in this high-profile case.
