Hapoel Tel Aviv Owner Sets No-Shop Agreement as Condition for Negotiations with Yam Madar

Hapoel Tel Aviv owner Ofer Yanai clarified on social media that negotiations will only proceed if Madar's agent, Mishko Razentovich, agrees to sign a 'No-Shop' agreement. Yanai tweeted that without this agreement, which prevents simultaneous negotiations with other teams, no talks will take place. He added that if Razentovich signs, they will negotiate in good faith; otherwise, they wish the Madar family success and are glad Yam had the chance to win a European title with a competitive club before moving on. The 'No-Shop' agreement is designed to ensure exclusive and sincere negotiations by preventing competing offers during the negotiation period.
