Search Underway for Missing Teen Swept Away Near Palmachim Beach
A large-scale search operation is ongoing for a teenage boy who was swept away in the sea near an unregulated beach close to Palmachim on Wednesday afternoon. The initial report was received by Magen David Adom's 101 emergency center in the Ayalon region at 17:15, indicating that three boys had been swept away. Firefighters, police, and a helicopter have been deployed to assist in the search efforts.
Paramedics who arrived on the scene later confirmed that two of the boys, both approximately 15 years old, were rescued from the water and did not require medical treatment. Additional Magen David Adom teams are providing medical support during the ongoing search for the third missing teenager.
