Rescue Teams Search Kinneret Lake for Missing Man Who Entered Water at Trapez Beach
Rescue teams including United Hatzalah volunteers, the Kinneret Sea Police, and an aerial unit are conducting extensive searches for a man in his 40s who disappeared after entering the water at Trapez Beach in Tiberias on Monday morning. The man reportedly left his belongings on the shore before entering the lake and has not been seen since.
United Hatzalah's Tiberias and Kinneret branch is using a rescue boat equipped with sonar technology to scan underwater for the missing individual. Additional medics are searching nearby beaches to aid in the operation.
The Northern District Police and the Kinneret Sea Police, supported by a helicopter from the aerial unit and other rescue forces, are coordinating the ongoing search efforts following the initial report. Authorities have not yet located the man or determined his condition.
