Search for Missing Man in Sea of Galilee Ends After He Visits Mother in Qatsrin
Search efforts for a man in his 40s, reported missing in the Sea of Galilee, were called off after his mother informed police that he had visited her in Qatsrin. The man had been suspected of drowning after leaving his belongings on the Trapez beach and disappearing. Over the past day, the Northern District police, marine patrol officers, an aerial unit helicopter, and additional rescue teams conducted extensive searches in the Sea of Galilee. The discovery that the man was safe and had not drowned ended the search operations on Tuesday, according to Walla News.
