iPhone 18 Pro Arrives in Israel via Parallel Import at Lower Prices

The new iPhone 18 Pro has arrived in Israel through parallel import channels, with the supermarket chain "Osher Ad" offering the 256GB model for NIS 4,490. This price is NIS 539 less than the lowest official retail price of NIS 5,029. The phones are available in ten specific Osher Ad branches across the country. This move follows a similar strategy by Osher Ad last year with the iPhone 17 series, which also saw significant price reductions through parallel imports.

While Osher Ad is offering a competitive price, consumers planning a trip to Eilat, a duty-free zone, can find even lower prices. At KSP and Magoni His'al in Eilat, the iPhone 18 Pro is priced at NIS 4,262, and at Go Mobile in Eilat, it costs NIS 4,369.

Parallel import allows retailers to source devices directly from distributors rather than official channels, enabling them to offer lower prices. For consumers, the basic warranty remains the same, typically one year with DCS labs. Minor differences may exist, such as models supporting eSIM only, but Israeli cellular providers now offer eSIM services without extra charge. Regulatory variations, like sound restrictions on the camera in Japanese models, are also possible but generally do not impact the user experience significantly.

The iPhone 18 Pro, launched on September 18, features the new A20 Pro processor for improved performance and battery life, along with Apple's advanced camera system, including a new dynamic aperture. Last year, Osher Ad also sold the iPhone 17 series via parallel import, with the standard iPhone 17 priced at NIS 2,999, the iPhone 17 Pro at NIS 4,499, and the iPhone Pro Max at NIS 4,999 for 256GB models.
