Public Broadcaster Director Yitzhak Brashi Dies in Cycling Accident
Yitzhak Brashi, a director in the news division of the Public Broadcasting Corporation (Kan), died in a road accident while cycling on Highway 44 near the Nesharim interchange, close to Ramla. Brashi had been with Kan since its inception in 2018, overseeing broadcasts during both routine periods and times of conflict. Colleagues and management praised his professionalism and dedication. Brashi is survived by his wife, Shirley, and their three children: Karen, Roi, and Itai.
