New Poll Shows Netanyahu Bloc Leading, Opposition Parties Fluctuate
A new poll conducted by Direct Polls for Channel 14 News indicates a stable bloc map in Israeli politics, with the right-wing bloc maintaining 64 seats and the left-wing bloc holding 44 seats. Arab parties collectively secure 12 seats.
Within the bloc breakdown, the Likud party, led by Benjamin Netanyahu, leads with 30 seats, though it has weakened by one seat compared to the previous poll. The "Yashr" party is in second place with 21 seats, also down by one seat. Shas remains steady with 10 seats.
The "Democrats" party, headed by Yair Golan, gains one seat to reach 9. Three parties each secure 8 seats: "Be'ad" (strengthening by one seat), United Torah Judaism (strengthening by one seat), and Otzma Yehudit, led by Itamar Ben-Gvir, along with the United List of Religious Zionism and Identity.
The Joint List strengthens by one seat to 7. Yisrael Beiteinu, led by Avigdor Lieberman, drops one seat to 6, and Ra'am weakens by one seat to 5.
Notably, Ofer Winter's "Am Israel" party remains below the electoral threshold, currently at 2.3% of the vote, despite a slight increase from the previous poll. The "Miluimnikim / HaKalkalit" party rises to 2.1%. Other parties like Blue and White, Noam, and "HaTzibur HaHaredi" receive minimal support.
