Israel Warns Hezbollah of Continued Strikes After Tunnel Destruction
Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz issued a stern warning to Hezbollah, stating that Israel is prepared to continue its military campaign against the organization and launch further strikes on its assets. The declaration followed the significant destruction of tunnels constructed by the Iran-backed group along the Ali al-Taher ridge in southern Lebanon. The operation took place on the night of September 11.
Katz indicated that Israel is ready to expand its operations, targeting not only previously identified Hezbollah sites but also other locations associated with the group. "We are ready and prepared to continue the campaign, to continue striking Hezbollah, including in other places," the defense minister stated.
