Motorcyclist Dies After Crash Near Jerusalem
A motorcyclist, approximately 20 years old, died on Tuesday after skidding and crashing on Route 375 near the community of Tzur Hadassah, west of Jerusalem. Emergency medical services (Magen David Adom, MDA) arrived at the scene to find the rider unconscious, with no pulse or breathing, suffering from severe, multi-system trauma.
MDA paramedic Dror Einay and EMT Nati Eckshtein described the scene, stating, "When we arrived, we saw the motorcyclist lying on the side of the road, unconscious, without pulse or breathing, and suffering from severe multi-system trauma." They initiated resuscitation efforts, including stopping bleeding, chest compressions, and artificial respiration, but the injuries were critical, and they were forced to declare the rider dead at the scene.
