Otzma Yehudit Unveils Knesset List, Tali Gottlieb Takes Second Place
Otzma Yehudit party leader Itamar Ben-Gvir has revealed his party's slate for the 26th Knesset, featuring former Likud MK Tali Gottlieb in the second position. Gottlieb, who recently left the Likud party, is a significant addition to Ben-Gvir's list.
Ben-Gvir highlighted the diversity of the list, stating, "I am proud that we have the most diverse list in Israel. Secular, religious, traditional, a Haredi man who served in the army, two women in the top five. And above all, a lot of love for the people of Israel in our hearts." He also outlined key policy goals, including encouraging "voluntary immigration" from Gaza and the West Bank, and combating the "deep state."
Among other notable placements is Hanamel Dorfman, Ben-Gvir's chief of staff, who also secured a spot on the list. The party is aiming for 15 Knesset seats in the upcoming elections.
Ben-Gvir praised Gottlieb as a "new acquisition" and a "soul player," and lauded Minister Yitzhak Wasserlauf as "the best minister in the State of Israel." MK Limor Son Har-Melech, Deputy Speaker of the Knesset, was also mentioned for her work on settlement and the Israeli people, with Ben-Gvir noting many new faces on the list.
