Fallen Soldier's Mother Added to Likud Knesset List
Tali Guili, mother of fallen Border Police officer Rani Guili, has been placed on the Likud party's list for the upcoming Knesset elections. Rani Guili was killed on October 7 while defending Israeli civilians, despite being injured. He is credited with saving many lives during the battle before falling and his body was taken to Gaza. His remains were later returned to Israel as part of Operation "Brave Heart" by the IDF and security forces.
Tali Guili and her family have been recognized for their strength and determination in commemorating Rani's heroism, his love for Israel, and the values he fought for. Tali, who lit a torch at the Independence Day ceremony, has become a public figure symbolizing resilience, Zionism, and devotion to Israel. She will now join the Likud's Knesset slate.
